SP-Watch watch face applications may access certain data provided by the user’s watch, operating system, or connected device in order to display information directly on the watch face.
Depending on the selected watch face, displayed data may include:
step count
heart rate
stress level
battery level
weather information
date and time
sleep duration
calories
distance
other fitness, health, or device-related information supported by the watch
This data is used only for displaying information on the watch face.
3. Data Collection
SP-Watch watch face applications do not collect personal data.
The displayed data remains on the user’s device or within the device operating system. SP-Watch does not transfer this data to its own servers and does not create user profiles.
4. Data Sharing
SP-Watch does not share personal data with third parties.
No personal data is sold, rented, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to advertisers, analytics providers, or external services by SP-Watch watch face applications.
5. Data Storage and Retention
SP-Watch does not store personal data on external servers.
Any data shown by the watch face is processed locally on the user’s device only for as long as required to display it on the watch face. SP-Watch does not retain copies of this data.
Some preferences selected by the user, such as color settings, complication settings, layout options, or display preferences, may be stored locally on the device in order for the watch face to remember the selected configuration.
These local settings remain on the device until the user changes them, resets the watch face settings, clears the app data, or uninstalls the watch face.
6. Data Deletion
Because SP-Watch does not collect or store personal data on external servers, there is no server-side personal data to delete.
Users can delete locally stored watch face settings and configuration data by:
uninstalling the watch face from the device
clearing the app data in the device settings, where supported
resetting or changing the watch face settings on the device or through the companion app
After uninstalling the watch face, locally stored watch face configuration data is removed according to the operating system’s standard app removal process.
7. Security
SP-Watch does not transmit personal data to external servers.
Any data displayed by the watch face is handled locally on the user’s device using the security mechanisms provided by the watch, operating system, and app platform.
8. Children’s Privacy
SP-Watch watch face applications are not directed to children and do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in app functionality, platform requirements, or legal obligations.
